F. Stebin Horne III is the founder of eco-x.travel, a travel company specializing in school expeditions, corporate leadership programs, and private journeys across Southern Africa. An American by birth, Stebin's connection to the continent runs far deeper than business — rooted in family, marriage, and a kierie passed to him by his late father-in-law, originally a gift from a Zulu chief. A dedicated wildlife photographer, Stebin uses his work behind the lens to document the landscapes, wildlife, and communities that define eco-x.travel's experiences. His images aren't staged or stock — they're earned in the field alongside some of Africa's most experienced guides, the same guides who lead eco-x.travel's trips.
